On-site support

• On-site service visit
• Service rate: $95 per hour, charged hourly
• Travel included: Up to 30km from the installer’s location. Additional travel charged at $2 per km

Our standard warranty is provided on a return-to-base basis. All return-to-base warranty claims require the product to be shipped at the customer’s expense.

If an on-site visit is required or requested for warranty support, standard call-out fees and hourly service rates will apply.

In certain circumstances, these fees may be waived at our discretion.
