Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains how shipping, returns, and warranties work when you buy from us. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

1. Contact Us First

If you have any issue with an order, please contact us before returning anything. In many cases we can help troubleshoot, resolve the issue quickly, or confirm the best next step.

2. Shipping

We ship orders to the address you provide at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully. Shipping timeframes are estimates and can vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

3. Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unboxed (unopened / original seals intact), and
  • Unused, and
  • Returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to approval. Shipping costs are generally not refundable, and return shipping may be your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

4. RMA Required for All Returns

All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number before you send anything back. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

To request an RMA, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or faulty)

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. Depending on the situation and your rights under the CGA, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Your Rights Under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

If you are buying for personal or household use, the CGA generally guarantees that products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If there is a problem that is covered by the CGA, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund (depending on the issue).

7. Business Purchases

If you are purchasing goods or services for business purposes, the CGA may not apply where legally permitted. This does not affect any rights you may have under other applicable laws.

8. Fair Trading Act (FTA)

We will not mislead or misrepresent products, pricing, or availability. If something is incorrect, please contact us and we will work to correct it as quickly as possible.

9. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item (and it meets the return conditions), we will process it as soon as reasonably possible. Refunds (if approved) are typically made back to the original payment method.
